Paneer Butter Masala

Take a pan add oil to it, add all ingredients to it and stir it for 4-5 minutes. let it cool down.Blend it well and make a paste.

In an another pan, add oil and shallow fry the paneer pieces.keep it aside.

In the same pan pour some oil and butter add bay leaves, khada masala (black pepper,cloves, cinnamon) stir it and add the paste to it with all dry spices. Stir it until it left oil.

Add diced paneer pieces to it and cook it for 8 minutes. Garnish it with Chopped coriander leaves.serve it hot.
