I love rusk biscuits but it takes so much time to make so I have been researching easier methods.
This snack can be made in under 10 minutes.
Regular sliced bread is fine to use, just be careful that it doesn't burn when drying it out in the microwave, but slightly burned is still delicious. Recipe by Momopanda

Cut the bread into 16 pieces and place on a heat-proof dish. Microwave for 2 minutes at 730 W. Be careful not to burn yourself as you turn it over. Microwave for 1 minute until crispy.

Heat a frying pan and add your preferred amount of butter and sugar. Add the crispy bread and coat.

Once it has been browned to your preference, it's done.

I made these in the morning and gave them to my husband for his snack.
