  • 1 1/2 lbground beef
  • 1/2 cupbeer
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspground cumin
  • 1/2 tspdried oregano
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper

  1. 1

    Combine beef, beer, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano and pepper in medium bowl. Form patties.

  2. 2

    Lightly oil grill pan and heat over medium high heat. Heat patties 2 minutes each side.
