Garlic Flower Bread

Take half cup of warm milk in a bowl. Add powdered sugar. Mix it. Add dry yeast and mix it. Rest it for 5 minutes.

Take all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and mix it. Add activated yeast. Mix and form a dough. Add little warm water and make a sticky dough. Add some butter and make a soft dough.

Put it in a mixing bowl. Apply some oil on the top of the dough. Cover it with a cling wrap. Rest it for one hour. Let the dough rise.

Take a bowl add butter. Then add garlic paste. Add mixed herb and grated cheese. Mix well.

After one hour the dough is raised. Take out the wrap. Knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes. Make a ball. Divide four equal portion from the dough.

Take one part. Dust dry flour to flatten the dough. Roll it make 10 inch circle. Make all the circle.

Place one circle on a piece of baking paper. Apply the garlic butter paste. Put the second layer. Apply the paste. Apply third layer. Again apply paste. Now put the fourth layer.

Put a three inch round cutter in the centre of the dough. With a sharp knife cut the circle into 16 equal strips from the cutter to the edges through all the layers.

Using two hand, pick up two strips. Twist them away from each other twice. Repeat with the remaining strips.

Pinch the pairs of strips together to create flower like shape. Cover it for 15 minutes.

Brush it with milk. Put it on a baking tray. Bake it on 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the loaf from the oven. Brush with butter and serve.
