Peel the bananas and mash them well in a bowl.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat one of the eggs into the mixture. - 2
Add a tbsp or two of the flour and beat the second egg into the mixture add honey mix well.

Add the mashed banana into the bowl and mix gently with a spatula.
Sieve the remaining flour and cinnamon powder into the bowl and mix gently. - 4
Add the all dried fruit and again gently mix with the spatula(do not over mix).

Pour the mixture into a greased 2-pound loaf tin (or a small cake tin) and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, cover with foil and bake at 150°C for a further 20-30 minutes. - 6
Check that the cake is cooked by pusing a skewer into it. If it comes out clean then it is cooked.

Leave to cool for 10 minutes before turning the cake out onto a wire rack.
