Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cuprock sugar powder
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 4 tbspmilk powder
  • 1/2 tbspglucose powder (optional)
  • Wet ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tbspoil
  • 6 tbspwater/ milk
  • 1/2 tbspvinegar

Steps

30 mins to bake
  1. 1

    Sift all dry ingredients together well. Meanwhile mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Now add the dry mixture in batches and mix gently.

    Pour the batter in cake tin. And bake till done. Basic chocolate Sponge is ready.
