Easy! Butter-Pan-Fried Salmon With Cream Sauce
Since salmon was on sale today... I just thought this recipe up!

Steps

Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.

Put the butter in a heated frying pan, and start cooking with the salmon skin side down over medium-low heat, for 5 minutes.

Before flipping over the salmon, add the shimeji mushrooms. Saute with butter well and cook for 4 minutes over medium-low heat, then flip the salmon over.

Add the heavy cream and grated cheese to the pan, and adjust the seasoning with salt. Mix and it's done!!!
