Left-over Roasted Chicken Sandwich
Yesterday, I made Roasted chicken. It was a whole bird so little bit left. When I woke up in the morning, went to the kitchen for making eggs breakfast; opened my fridge and there is no egg🤦🏻♀️ but obviously need to feed My hubby and girl. So take it out yesterday’s roasted chicken, make sandwiches and coffee.

It was a whole a piece of left over roasted chicken. Shred it properly and add mayonnaise, spicy mayo, salt and pepper. Mix it well.

Cut the corners of slices and spread it over. Spread cream cheese on the top slice. And invert it on the chicken spread slice.

Cut in triangle or rectangular form up-to you or serve whole with hot coffee ☕️
