#CA2025 I came across 2 similar recipes and combined parts to make a use of pantry and fresh items.

This little yummy dish I created one night using the meat leftover fom a whole beer can chicken (shocking, I know!) that I cooked on the grill a couple nights before. But meat from a rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breasts will work great too!

I made this because I searched for a recipe that I liked and I couldn't find one. You can make this recipe easily since there aren't any unusual ingredients or any overly complicated steps.Feel free to boil the spinach in water. The reason I mix the pepper with flour is because it goes well with a tuna and white sauce. However, if you want to use a different sauce, adjust the ingredients as necessary. Recipe by Pichito

I like to do this as a quick dinner with a side salad

tender, juicy chicken, full of luscious, garlicky, and tangy artichoke flavor, accentuated by juice of lemon. i am a cheese fanatic, but didn't even reach for it to garnish my plate tonight. not trying to brag.......just pleased with this first recipe contribution of my own. hope someone out there enjoys it as much as i did.
