Sattu Mango Barfi

Wash and peel the ripe mangoes well and blend them in a blender to make a puree.take chickpeas that has been drained in a bowl and mash it very well with your palms so that there are no lumps and the mixture is creamy.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the mango pulp,sattu, chickpeas together keep stirring continuously on medium flame.when the mixture thickens,add sugar keep stirring until it leaves the side of the pan then remove it.when the mixture is slightly cooked grease your hands with ghee and barfi shape.

Sattu mango barfi is ready
