Pressure cook beans for 2 whistles

Dry roast moong dal for few minutes till the aroma comes

After it is cooled down grind it into a coarse powder along with red chilli powder

In a pan add oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds when it splutter add urad dal, curry leaves and hing.

Add the cooked beans turmeric powder and salt.

Add the grinded powder,mix well and saute for a few minutes. Switch off the flame.
