In a mixing bowl take all ingredients mix well and make a semi-thick smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan and pour ladle full of batter and spread it evenly in circular shape and cover with lid for 1 minute on medium flame.

Now flip chilla and cook properly from both sides.

Cut into pieces and Chilla is ready to serve.
