Take a bowl add besan and suji

Add water slowly and gradually and whisk it till to make it to a flowing consistency.

Then add finely chopped onion, green chilies and grated ginger.

Add fresh coriander leaves washed well and finely chopped.

Add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder, carrom seeds,lemon juice.

Mix it all well.The chilla batter is ready to make.Can add little water as required

Take a tawa,place it on a gas fire.Heat well.Then add little oil,around half tablespoon oil or as needed.

Take a one portion of besan chilla batter in a ladle and place it tawa and spread nicely giving it to nice round shape in the centre of the tawa.Keep the gas fire on low flame.

Apply and add oil as required around the sides and on the top on chilla.Add oil as needed.

Roast chilla on both the sides.

Once one side is roasted nicely,Flip it to another side.

Roast on both the sides till cook well and turns golden brown in colour.

Once both sides roasted nicely..transfer it to a serving plate.

Same way make rest of the chilla.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
