Ingredients

  • 1big flower of cauliflower
  • 3medium sized onion
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 1 spoonGarlic ginger paste
  • 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 2full dry chillies
  • 1tejpatta
  • 1 spoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • Halflemon juice
  • 1onion sliced and deep-fried it
  • 1 spooncumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cauliflower, in big pieces around 2 inch big.wash it and keep aside

    Make a paste of onion,garlic ginger and whole chilli.

    Make deepfry of onion slice.

    Now hot pan add oil and put cumin,tejpatta and onion pastes.till brown cook it

    Now add all masala and salt and add cauliflowers on it cook in low and medium flame till vegetable will be brown colour.

    Now add lemon juice and coriander on top and garnish with fried onion.
