Ingredients

  1. 2apples
  2. 40 gsugar
  3. 2 tbsplemon juice
  4. 200 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the apples.Cut them into eight pieces and remove the core.

    Put the apples in a pot.Add sugar,lemon juice,and water.If you want to add color,put the apple skin in as well.

    ※If you set it aside for around 20 mins before cooking,the sugar will dissolve and the amount of juice will increase.The apples will become soft and absorb more flavor.

    Heat the pot and put a drop lid on it.Simmer for 15-20 mins until the apples are tender.

    Let the pot cool down while the apples soak up the liquid.
