Cut the cauliflower into pieces

Take a cooker add cauliflower and water boil the cauliflower till semi soft, drain excess water and leaves them for 5 minutes

Add Red chilli powder,garam Masala and chaat masala on boiled cauliflower

In a bowl add besan,water,salt

Add Red chilli powder, garam masala mix it well

Heat oil coat cauliflower pieces with besan batter and deep fry in medium hot oil

Take out all pakodas when it half fry.now cut into centre and deep fry again

Cauliflower pakoda is ready to serve to eat
