Liquid Dough Palak Paratha

Mix the wheat flour, palak puree, oil, salt, garam masala and water.

Prepare a dough of flowing consistency.

Spread some oil on a non-stick tawa, pour a laddleful of the batter. Spread evenly.

Cook from one side. Flip the other side. Press with the spoon or cloth and let the paratha fluff. Spread some oil and evenly cook.
- 5
Serve with raita.
