Take a pan heat it add 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp butter, then add garlic, onion cook it 5 minutes.

Add tomato then oil comes up add all dry ingredients and cover it for 5 minutes then all oil comes up.

Then add boiled potatoes and peas mixed it properly.

Then take a pan add butter, oil then chopped garlic, chopped onion 2 tbsp, 1/2 tsp pavbhaji masala, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder add little bit of water and boiled come up then add to pavbhaji make on that and boiled for 2 minutes.

Garnished with coriander leaves and butter,

Put 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mixed it.

Served with pav.
