MY VERSIONA SIMPLE SALAD TOP POMEGRANATELOVING IT

A vegetable only salad that can be seasoned with either lemon juice or suman and pomegranate.

I made this easy refreshing salad again and again during summer. Even in autumn my husband asks me to make it. It's good just as it is, but I like to add the flavour of freshly ground sesame seeds. I hope you enjoy it.

Freekeh “فريكة"salad ❤️I grew up eating freekeh in a stew with chicken and it was one of my favorite dishes. I recently tried making it in a salad and I’m completely obsessed. Tasty recipe of pomegranate and lemon couscous salad.

I came up with this idea thinking it'd be fun to attach eyes to a Mont Blanc. Since it'd be too commonplace to make them desserts, I made them into single servings of salad.If you don't have a food processor, mash the kabocha with a potato masher and evenly stir in the seasoning ingredients with a spatula.For the decorating tip, I used a Mont Blanc cake nozzle, but you can improvise with whatever you have on hand.
