Blanch your broccoli with hot water for a couple minutes

Making crispy garlic, add vegetable cooking oil in a medium heat pan, add your garlic in and keep stirring until garlic become golden. Remove the garlic into a small bowl.

Using the same pan, medium heat, add broccoli in. Quick stir and add oyster sauce, soysauce, honey and ground pepper. Mix well and remove it from the heat. Plate it up and add some crispy garlic on top. Perfect with a bowl of steamed rice.
