Steps

Firstly take a bowl, add khoya, crumble it.

Take a wok, add crumbled khoya, stir fry it till light pink. Do not over fry it.

I have done in microwave oven.

Put khoya in a glass bowl, microwave it for 4 minutes. It's done.

Grind sugar now to a fine powder, add in the khoya.

Remove the extra ghee released by khoya.

Mix it well.

Add Elaichi powder now. Mix it well. Keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl, add maida, add ghee now, mix it well.

Now add milk slowly slowly, knead a med soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth, rest it for 10 minutes.

Take small portions of dough, make balls.

Roll it & make a puri, wet the edges, seal one corner.

Add stuffing, seal all the edges very nicely.

Either cut the extra edges with a cutter or roll it with your fingers.

Make all the gujhiyas in the same manner.

Keep them covered with a dry cloth.

Take a big wok, add good amount of ghee, heat it. Lower the flame, fry gujhiyas 2 at a time till light pink.

Cook all the gujhiyas in same manner.

Take out in a serving dish.

I have used DALDA ghee.
