Steps

Take a bowl,add chicken cubes.

Add black pepper, corn flour, salt,chicken powder, beaten egg.

Cover with lid and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Pre-heat sauce pan,add oil and fry chicken cubes until it becomes brown.

Take out chicken cubes when brown.

Take a pot,add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce,sugar,salt and make it one compelte boil.

Add required corn flour for thickness. Red puree is ready.

Now saute cut Capsicum and onion in oil.

Take out red puree and add saute vegetables.

Add fried brown chicken.

Garnish with julienne ginger.

Eat with white boiled rice.
