Marinate the chicken at least 4to 5 hrs or a day before with curd, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya n zeera powder, ginger garlic paste salt, add coriander n mint and marinate it nicely and keep aside for at least 4 to 5 hrs or overnight.

Now take oil add all the whole spices onions fried already ginger garlic paste Lil then add on the marination cook until its done. Then take a charcoal light it up and give the gravy smoky taste it enhances the flavor. Remember to giv e the smoke effect on each layer when we do layering of biryani.

Boil the water with whole spices salt n oil n mint leaves and cook rice upto 70 %. Drain the rice. And start layering.

Firstly the rice layer then chicken gravy add on some coriander, mint n brown onions then add another layer of rice add 9n same coriander, mint oil n brown onions add on ghee 3 to 4 tbsp. Cover it nicely and keep it for dum on high flame for 3 min then lower the flame for 5min its ready... Enjoy with raita.
