In a nonstick pan heat oil and add garlic and saute it for 5 mins on medium flame

Add till and jeera and saute it for 5 more mins

Turn off the gas and add dry coconut and mix it

Once it is cooled, put this in a mixture jar, add salt and red chilli powder and grind it. Your dry Garlic Chutney is ready to serve and store also
