Khasta kachori
A very popular and favourite chaat among all.
Steps

First soak the moing daal for 1 to hour and pressure cook for one whistle.It should not be overcook.

When the moong daal is cooked,take a pan add oil add moing daal add all masala and mix properly till all spices are mixed

For kachori dough...
Take maida,add salt,oil and mix it properly add water as needed and knead the dough.cover it for 15 min. - 4
Take a small ball from dough,flatten it now take a some moong daal masala n stuff into the small ball and get edges together and press the edges and flatten it.Deep fry it.press it with spoon to puff it.

Your kachori is ready,fry it on a slow flame.

Take a kachori,make a hole in the center.pour dahi on it,then add mint and imli chutney,top with finely chopped onion n tomato sprinkle chaat masala and then garnish sev on it.Enjoy your kachori chaat
