Suji is one of my favourite because whenever I want to make some new recipe which is sweet or salty according to my choice then I go to kitchen and tried to make and I had cooked many new recipes from it.and the result is always good.this suji crepe is one of the recipe which is healthy and yummy too.

Steps

In a mixing bowl add suji,curd and salt, add water and mixed.then transfer this batter in a mixer jar and grind for a minute make a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl.Leave it for 15-20 minutes

Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil,heat it add cumin seeds when it crakeld add chopped onion and green Chilli,saute 2 minute then add chopped carrot and capsicum.cooked on high flame.

Add all poedrr spices and crushes curry leaves,then add mashed potatoes and mix well.cook for 2 minutes on high flame turn off the flame.let it cool.

Take the batter add little water and heat a non-stick tawa.turn the flame low,pour the batter on tawa spread evenly as thin layer like dosa.turn the flame high.apply few drops of oil cook it then flip and cooked on other side.prepare all the crepes.

Take one crepe put some filling in the middle,fold it from one side and from other side to make a square shape as shown in picture.prepare all

Take a non-stick pan brush with little oil then cook from one side for a minute then flip it.cook all crepes on medium flame.
