Spinach mint sev

In a blender add Mint, Palak, green chilli and cumin seeds. Grind it adding little water.

Keep the ground paste aside.

In a bowl add besan, rice flour, red chili powder, salt and melted butter. Now add the prepared paste and knead the soft dough.

Grease the oil in Sev maker. Put the dough in it. Close the maker.

Heat oil over medium flame and when the oil is hot, rotate the sev mould so that the sev batter falls in hot oil, handle this very carefully on a medium flame.

Fry the pudina sev until they turn golden brown in color and remove on a tissue paper.

Green Mint sev is ready to serve.
