In a bowl combine semolina and salt

Add water to form a soft dough

Add oil and knead for about 2-3 minutes
Allow dough to rest for about 30-1 hour - 4
Roll and cut into different shapes

Place on a frying pan without oil.....fry on a low heat

Enjoy your bread with egg or fillings of your choice
You can make sandwiches or burger fillings
