Take a pan boil water, add vermicelli to it. After 2-3 minute strain vermicelli. Add cold water, strain it.

Take a pan add oil then add onion, saute it add alll vegetables stir all continuously.Add all masale and coverd lid.

Now add boiled vermicelli. Mix all well. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
