Sweet Corn Chat

Very easy, tasty and best for rainy season.
Steps

Take a pan. Add 3-4 cup water. Add salt and let it boils. Add sweet corn and continue to boil for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the flame and let sweet corn in the boiled water for another 3-4 minutes. Drain the water. Let it cool. Add corn starch, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Mix it well. Remove the excess masala.

Take another pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add coated sweet corn and fry it on high to medium flame. Drain the excess oil. Add finely chopped onion, tomato and jalapenos in fried sweet corn. Mix it well. Sprinkle with some lemon juice. Serve immediately.

Tip - I didn't add salt on top of it. It you like you can add.
