Steps

  1. 1

    Sort your manage and remove stalks

  2. 2

    Boil for 12 minutes

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and place under running cold water

    Fry your onions then add blanched managu and salt

  5. 5

    Stir for few minutes then remove from heat

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali
