2. If your zucchini or banana are not frozen you may need to add a handful – a cup of ice
3. You can pre-portion out the zucchini, banana and apple and freeze in bags to save you time on busy mornings
4. Most of the time my children share a 10oz smoothie with toast or a muffin etc...
