Hung curd in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours

After 3-4 hours take it out keep in fridge for an hour

Mash this curd add spices and veggies mix it properly

Take a bread slices cut it from 2 sides as in it shows in a picture

Put stuffing and add water to your palms and try to roll it in below shape

Add dis into hot oil. Fry it until it turns brown in color

Ready to eat. Serve with mint chutney
