Steps

For Barnyard millet Pulao, heat oil in pan. Once heated add all the whole spices and let them crackle. Now add ginger- chilli paste followed by tomatoes.

Cook till tomatoes turns mushy and leaves oil from the sides.Now add carrots and beans.

Add dry spices, barnyard millet, rock salt and water.
Cook covered till water dries up and the millet is cooked well. - 4
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

For sweetpotato tomato curry- heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and ginger chilli paste. Saute on low flame..Add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are mushy and leaves oil from sides.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and rocksalt.

Add mashed sweet potatoes. Add 2 cups of water. Cook covered for 5 mins. Sweetpotato tomato curry is prepared.

For peanut Chutney- Grind together all ingredients together in a blender jar. Peanut Chutney is ready.

Plate millet pulao,sweet potato tomato curry and peanut Chutney together. Mini vrat thali is ready to be served.
