For vanilla ice cream:
Boil the milk and keep stirring
Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp cornflour in 4 tbsp milk, stir into smooth paste (use cold milk) mix well and keep the mixture aside.(keep stirring milk so that the milk does not stick) - 2
Add sugar to the blend :
Reduce the milk to half. Now add in the cornflour and milk mixture. Stirring occasionally. Now add the sugar and allow the milk to reduce. - 3
Add fresh cream and vanilla essence:
Now add the fresh cream and vanilla essence and mix well. Now pour the mixture in aluminium container. Cover the container with an aluminium foil and freeze for 6 hours or till semi-set. - 4
Freeze it and serve you homemade ice cream.

For chocolate bars :
Take bowl put cocoa powder in it and maida and mix it well now mix melted butter in it, then vanilla extract mix it well. Then put milk and powder sugar in it mix it well. (mixture will be thick) - 6
Now put the chocolate bard in own for 10 to 12 mins.

Now take 1 dark chocolate slab and melt it properly with 1 spoon butter and when your cake is ready you deep your cake in it and frezze it.

Now you can serve it with vanilla ice cream and oreo biscuits crush. With pinch of cocoa powder.
