I bought some GF flour to test some pasta recipe, with no joy. I don't like waste and I am trying to incorporate this in as many recipes as I can and the first one was these small baked doughnuts flavoured with chai. #Vegan #Glutenfree

I bought some GF flour to test some pasta recipe, with no joy. I don't like waste and I am trying to incorporate this in as many recipes as I can and the first one was these small baked doughnuts flavoured with chai. #Vegan #Glutenfree

Pre-heat your oven at 180 C. Spray a doughnut mould and set aside. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine them into a smooth batter. Fill the doughnut mould to 3/4 and bake for 18-20 min or until when testing with a toothpick comes out dry. I garnished these with a maple glaze made with coconut milk, maple syrup and icing sugar. Sprinkled with pistachios and edible violas.
