A scrumptious and delicious lassi I had this at a place called galaxy and I loved this Khoya lassi and tried it at my home yesterday it was superb alhumdulillah do try & experience it’s deliciousness...!

1/2 cupyoghurt
1/2 cupwater
2-4ice cubes
8-10pistachios for using with lassi
Roohafza syrup for garnishing
1 tablespoonHomemade mawa/Khoya

Just take a blender jar pop in the thick greek yoghurt,2-4 ice cubes,few pistachios. Then garnish it with roohafza syrup, homemade Khoya (homemade) and grated pistachios.

Tips

Instant mawa in microwave with milk powder

Mawa or Khoya any dessert is incomplete without it. So let’s find a quick trick to prepare it instantly in microwave. Take a good quality milk powder (3 tablespoons),clarified ghee (2 tablespoons melted,3-4 tablespoons milk,sugar (2 tablespoons). Mix it well until fully combined. Pop it in microwave for 2 minutes remove it further for 2 minutes in two intervals remove the bowl slightly mix it and pop it back again and it oozes its ghee and turns into lovely texture mawa is ready.
