Peel potatoes and cut it in a dice and wash thoroughly with water add salt and keep it for 5-7 minutes

Now heat oil in kadai....add this potatoes in oil and fry it until golden brown crispy on fast and medium flame

As potatoes gets crispy brown remove it in a mixing bowl...now add all the above spices and toss it

Now take a kadai add 1tspoon oil add those potatoes cook in slow flame ang keep mixing for 2 minutes

Masaledar aloo is ready to eat serve with chapati or daal rice and enjoy
