Wash and soak moong dal. Take in a cooker without water Add onion slice ginger chopped fresh turmeric chopped green chilli garlic cloves and salt. Add 1glass water cover the lid and whistle 4-5.

Now open and blend with blender. And strain. Heat ghee in a pan n add bay leaf dal mixture add 1glass water to adjust consistancy. Add roasted cumin n pepper powder lastly add lemon juice and stir. Cook for 5min on slow mid. Flame. Turn off flame and remove baleaf. From soup

Serve hot with green garlic cubes. I already given rcp of green garlic cubes. And garnish with coriander. Tasty healthy Moong dal Soup is ready to serve. Serve hot.
