On a bowl put strainer add homemade curd put aside for 4 - 5 hours,for remove curd water.

Refrigerator hung curd for 1 -2 hours,take a bowl add hung curd,sugar powder(gulkand & rose syrup both are sweet) mix with spoon,add rose syrup,cutting rose petals,gulkand mix well.

Refrigerator for 1 hour,take out in a serving bowl,garnish with pistachios,cardamom powder,rose petal.

Serve chilled with puri.white& pink shaded shrikhand looks beautiful.
