Savoury Chicken Pancakes

Season the chicken with chicken spices, salt and pepper and fry it with 2 spoons of butter until it cooks through, set aside

Mix the knorr white sauce with 250ml cold milk and let it cook, stirring it so it doesn't burn. Let it boil for one minute or until it becomes a tickened sauce. Add to the chicken pot and mix.

For the pancake: mix all ingredients in a blender and mix it until smooth.

Add a bit of butter in a pan and put enough pancake mix to cover the bottom of it. Let it cook at middle heat until its golden, turn it and do the same on the other side, set aside and repeat until all is done.

Filling the pancakes: add 2 spoons of the chicken sauce in the pancake and roll it. Put it into a glass baking tray one beside each other closely.

Mix the knorr cheese sauce with 250ml milk and cook same way as for the white sauce as above mentioned.

Add cheese sauce above the filled pancakes on the baking tray. Add the Gruyere cheese on top.

Put it in the pre heated oven at 180° for about 10 min or until cheese is melted and golden colour.
