I came up with this recipe in 1978 when I was 3. My mom was entering a cooking contest and asked me what I liked to eat, and the rest is history!

In a big bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, and seasoning together. Must use your hands.

Flatten out biscuit dough to form about a 6 inch circle, and fill with chicken mixture.

Pull sides of dough up around the chicken, sealing it to form a stuffed bun and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Top with crushed croutons and bake 35 to 45 min, until dough is golden brown. (Sprinkle cheese last 5 mins optional.)
