Ingredients

35 to 45 mins
4 people
  • Cooked chicken meat from one store bought roaster
  • 2 (8 oz)pkg cream cheese
  • 1 canrefrigerator biscuits or 2 cans croissants
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, Johnny's (whatever you like) to taste
  • 1 bagherbed croutons, crushed
  • Shredded white cheese like swiss, provolone, jack (optional)

Steps

35 to 45 mins
  1. 1

    In a big bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, and seasoning together. Must use your hands.

  2. 2

    Flatten out biscuit dough to form about a 6 inch circle, and fill with chicken mixture.

  3. 3

    Pull sides of dough up around the chicken, sealing it to form a stuffed bun and place on ungreased baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Top with crushed croutons and bake 35 to 45 min, until dough is golden brown. (Sprinkle cheese last 5 mins optional.)
