In a mixer/grinder add Cilantro, Salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, crushed peppers, ginger garlic paste,peanuts, bhel sev, bell peppers, lemon juice and 2 tbs water. Mix/grind well. Green Chutney is ready.

Put the green chutney in a bowl and add boiled and shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese and mix well. Keep aside.

In another bowl add potatoes, 1 tsp crushed peppers 1tsp salt, 1tsp onion powder, 1tsp garlic powder mix and add 3 tbs corn starch and mix well. Add 1 tsp oil and mix to form a dough.

To make slurry, add in another bowl 4 tbs corn starch, 2 tbs Maida, 1 tsp crushed peppers, 1/2 black pepper and water. Mix well.From the prepared dough, make balls and roll them to make them flat.

Add the green chutney in the middle and roll it into a ball or make it like a cutlet. Prepare the rest of it in the same way. Coat them with bread crumbs and egg.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry one by one until golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
