Steps

Blend onion, tomatoes & green chillies along with turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste & salt with 1 cup of water well.

Now heat oil in a pot & add cloves, black pepper corns, cinnamon sticks, mustard seeds n cumin seeds n let them crackle.

Now add blended masala n cook until water dries up.

Now add potatoes n bhunofy it with whole spice powder until oil seperates.

Now add water to tenderize the potatoes & make gravy of your desired consistency.

Boil eggs, peel them n shallow fry them to give a crisp layer on it than add it to the prepared potato gravy. Sprinkle cilantro on top n serve with nan, chapati or even with rice.
