These muffins are baked in microwave.

Beat egg till fluffy add sugar whisk it.

Pour milk and oil then beat it.
Add vanilla powder, baking powder with flour and gradually add it and fold it to make batter.

Pour the batter into cups keep in muffins mold. Then bake in microwave for 5to 10 minutes.
- 4
Insert toothpick if it is clear means muffins are baked.
