4Pears
5-6Apples
1Navel Orange
Pinchsalt

Steps

Peel and core pears and apples. Then cut in chunks and put in a saucepan.

Add juice from orange and pinch of salt.

Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mash until a consistency you prefer (I like a few lumps left in the sauce).
