Combine the * seasonings.

Thoroughly coat the meat in the katakuriko.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat over low-medium heat, being careful not to burn it.

Once it has thoroughly cooked through, add the * seasonings to the frying pan and coat the meat over high heat. Simmer.

When most of the liquid is gone, mix in the white sesame seeds to finish.

Eyeball the amount of katakuriko; 4 tablespoons is a guide.
