  3. 3 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 3 tspvanilla
  5. 1 cupoil
  6. 2 cupzucchini, grated
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  10. 1 cupchopped nuts, (optional)
  11. 3 tspcinnamon

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Pour into two greased 9x5 loaf pans

    Bake for one hour
