Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1big cucumber
  • 10almonds
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 ginger
  • as per tasteSalt
  • As neededPepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 cup milk optional / coconut milk
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • as neededBread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup coriander

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut all veggie. Add almonds and veggies in mixture jar.

    Add milk or water and churn them nicely. Now add salt and pepper.

    Serve with bread crumbs. Best option for summer season. I serve with veggie cutlets and sandwiches.
