Steps

Add pinch of haldi in the gram flour with little ajwain & salt per taste

Mix the flour by adding little little water till it thickens
- 3
Cut green chillies vertically upside down & add amchur powder, ajwain & salt mixture in green chillies which we have cut
- 4
Heat oil in a pan & slowly dip the green chilli one by one in gram flour batter & put it in oil
- 5
Fry till it is done from both the sides & serve hot
- 6
Green chilli bhajiya are ready to eat
Enjoy with tea or coffee
